At Sootisaga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging and tags attached.

with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps and provide the return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Sootisaga is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days (processing time may vary by bank or payment provider).
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a refund instead.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
9. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances
We are not liable for any delays in processing returns, exchanges, or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in transport or payment systems.
6. Governing Law
This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata.
