At SootiSaga, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for wrong or damaged items.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges for a different size or colour are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@sootisaga.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with pickup or drop-off instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. UPI and card payments are typically refunded within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at contact@sootisaga.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll resolve it promptly.
